About us

In the fish shop you will find everything from fresh fish, smoked and pickled in all varieties and forms of selfmade sardines, herring, and sauces. Everything you could need for a lunch or dinner of authentic craftsmanship and with the taste of the archipelago.

As an authorized primary receiver, we also receive fish from small-scale fisheries in the area.
There is a great cultural value in support of the few coastal fishermen we have left.

Environmental work

We maintain a continuous dialogue with our suppliers about the importance of fish in our catalog comes from the fishing areas that are sustainable for our marine environment.

We also use biodegradable bags and carrier bags from BioBag. They are fully compostable after 10-45 days depending on the method of composting.

In our environment work, we are proud to have become MSC certified, and as the first Smokehouse in Sweden on smoked shrimp.
